Our team

My name is Richard Sedlář and I am the CEO of ProFlight Group. I also handle client contact and I will probably be the first contact you will interact with. I am a graduate of Mendel University in Brno. My hobbies are mainly sports, reading and personal development.

My motto is „Where there’s a will, there’s a way.“ I see obstacles as challenges, not problems. In business and in life I pride myself on fairness and honesty.

I am an aviator in body and soul, I spend every free moment in the air, whether with a drone or in the cockpit with a yoke in hand. So I live my aviation dream according to the motto „With my head in the clouds but my feet on the ground“.

During our communication I will be the one with whom you will discuss the technical aspect, the specific procedure and in the final you will meet me on your set with the controller in hand and the drone overhead.

My passion is airplanes. I used to fix the big ones, now I’ll fix the small ones for you. You won’t see me very often, but you will see the results of my work.

My motto in life is from the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy: „don’t panic.“
